School Residence (Studios/Apartment)
Several studios and one apartment located on the school's premises in the middle of a lush tropical garden; direct access to garden terrace. 5 min walking distance to beach and city center. Simple, but cozy; friendly and personalized service. Accommodation in single occupancy or shared apartment with breakfast (except on Sundays and holidays).

Interior: Room  with shower/toilet, fridge, TV, fan, small seating area; apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Daily cleaning. Bed sheets and towels are provided; please bring own beach towel.
  
 
     
Hotel "Paraiso de Colón" (Apart-hotel)
Comfortable and quietly located hotel sur-rounded by a very nice garden. Close to city center, with public transport 5 min to school, center and beach (15 min walking distance). Accommodation in single occupancy, self-catering.

Interior: apartment with one living room/ bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, TV, air-conditioning, balcony or terrace. Further services: spacious pool; internet access and laundry on extra charge. Gym, bar, and small shops near-by.
  
 
     
Hotel "Sosua by the Sea" (4-star hotel)
Very nice and friendly hotel of medium-size; waterfront located; own beach and breakfast terrace with gorgeous sea view. 10 min walking distance to school and city center. Accommodation in single occupancy with breakfast.

Interior: spacious room with full bathroom, fridge, TV, air-conditioning. Further services: restaurant, bar, pool; internet access on extra charge.

Hotel "Kaoba" (2-star hotel)
In the city center of Cabarete, but quietly located; surrounded by a nice garden; in 5 min walking distance to the main beach, Playa Cabarete. Accommodation in single occupancy with breakfast.

Interior: individual bungalows with full bath-room, fridge, fan, terrace. Air-conditioning and safe on extra charge.
 
 
     
Hotel “Villa Taina” (3 ½-star hotel)
Beautiful, medium-sized hotel in Cabarete city; personalized and friendly service; located directly on the beach. Accommo-dation in single occupancy with breakfast.

Interior: spacious rooms with full bathroom, air-conditioning, TV, mini-bar/fridge; private balcony or terrace; safe on extra charge. Further services: pool, restaurant/bar. Wind-surfing school at hotel.
  
 

Our accommodation nights are calculated as follows: arrival on Sunday before course start, departure on Saturday after course end. Earlier arrival or later departure is, of course, also possible with an extra charge and based on availability. All hotel accommodation can also be booked in double occupancy. If you book a Spanish course with accommodation, the transfer at arrival from the nearest airport is included in the package price. For studying at IIC Sosua/Cabarete you should fly into International Airport Gregorio Luperon Puerto Plata (POP).
