Terms & Conditions

Based on our long-term
experience in teaching and in organizing language
travels abroad we have carefully designed our
language programs. The IIC-Terms & Conditions are the
basis of the contract between you and the IIC. They are
set out to avoid misunderstandings and to contribute to
your success.

This agreement is legally binding from the moment you
send us back the completed registration form or when we
confirm your booking in writing.
Payment Conditions
We require the whole amount for courses and
accommodation to be transferred to one of our bank
accounts at least three weeks prior to the course
starting date. In case of short-term enrolments (less
than three weeks before the course start) it is possible
to pay the whole amount in cash, traveler’s checks or by

to information and services performed by third parties,
especially by hotels. The IIC is only bound to the
information and services that have been actually
confirmed by the IIC itself.

type or accommodation) after the conclusion of the
contract, the IIC may charge an amended fee of USD 70.-
(EUR 60.- / CHF 90.-). The IIC will be forced to charge
the client for any costs arising from third parties
(e.g. hotels) due to client booking amendments.
